How Gensouk works
Understand independent sellers, checkout charges, fulfilment and customer support before placing an order.
Property listings
Where available, property owners or authorised advertisers may publish listings for discovery and enquiry. Gensouk does not act as the property seller, certify legal title or guarantee any listing. Verify ownership, documents, approvals, agent credentials and applicable regulatory registration before paying or signing anything. Read property listing information.
Local shopping
Gensouk connects customers with participating independent retailers. Each seller is responsible for its own product descriptions, availability, lawful pricing and product-related obligations. Shopping items from up to three retailers may be combined into one shopping checkout while retaining seller-level order records.
Restaurant ordering
Restaurants have their own menu, checkout and delivery arrangements. Restaurant orders are processed separately from shopping orders and separately from other restaurants.
Pricing and charges
Product prices in shopping are displayed inclusive of applicable GST where the seller is entitled or required to charge it. Restaurant menu prices are shown before applicable GST, which is itemised at checkout where lawfully chargeable. A platform fee, generally ₹10–₹20 when applicable, and any delivery charge are disclosed before payment. Final amounts shown at checkout govern the order.
Delivery
For eligible shopping orders, customer delivery is free only when the combined eligible shopping subtotal is strictly greater than ₹200. At ₹200 or below, delivery charges may apply. Restaurant delivery is calculated independently. See the delivery policy.
Refunds and help
For cancellation, missing, damaged or incorrect items, contact support with your order ID and details. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded. See refund and cancellation policy and contact support.

Features, service areas, participating sellers and payment options may vary. This informational website does not itself accept orders or payments.
