Free property discovery

Property listings are initially free for owners and authorised agents. Gensouk does not charge listing fees, brokerage or property transaction commissions under its launch model. Listing and enquiry features are available only where enabled in the app.

Contact and privacy

Prospective customers may call the listing owner or agent directly using the number displayed in the listing. Advertisers should submit only contact details they are authorised to publish. Exotel masked calling is planned but not yet active.

No property payment collection

Gensouk does not collect booking advances, deposits, rent or property purchase payments. Any negotiations and transactions occur independently between the relevant parties. Do not send property-related funds to Gensouk.

Accuracy and due diligence

Advertisers are responsible for their authority to advertise and the accuracy and legality of descriptions, photographs and pricing. Gensouk does not independently verify ownership, title, approvals, encumbrances or transactions and does not guarantee them. Users should conduct independent checks and report suspicious listings. Applicable consumer, advertising and RERA duties remain unaffected.

Reports

Report misleading listings, impersonation, harassment or misuse of contact information to gensoukofficial@gmail.com. Gensouk may moderate or remove listings that breach its policies.
